
The purpose of this group is to :
> Support the introduction and development of mindfulness activities and compassion based meditation.
> To encourage and support regular practice between sessions.
> To increase confidence in techniques and development of personal philosophy.
> To support an enhanced self awareness and to share learning through membership of a vibrant community.

Dates and details
The group will have a maximum size of 6 people and meet once a month on a Thursday evening between 7.00pm – 9.00pm. You are invited to arrive from 6.45 pm. for refreshments and for a prompt start at 7 pm.

The total cost of this course is £65 including venue, materials and light refreshments. A deposit of £25 is required to secure your place and the balance is payable by the first session.
